How to Shake It
SHAKE IT SPRING VEGETABLE DIP
3/4 scoop Shake It Spring Vegetable Soup
1 tablespoon cream cheese (low fat)
25 mL water
Celery and cucumber sticks
Mix Shake It Spring Vegetable Soup with a tablespoon of low fat cream cheese and 25 mL of water to make a tasty dip.
Dip celery and cucumber sticks and eat as an occasional snack.
